Hey Guys.

I don’t post in communities too often, but today I’m desperate.

So I’m studying abroad right now in japan. Everything seemed to be going well, until I ended up snacking a lot the past couple days.
And eating before and after naps.. I feel like I’ve gained a little bit of weight back.

Ugh.. at least the food is pretty healthy here?? Except.. they eat a ton of white carbs (rice). Blah. So I decided I’m not eating rice anymore for dinner.

I have been going to a gym for the past 3 years, and now all of the sudden, I don’t. so.. I need to actually push myself to get my ass outside and go jogging. I’m aiming for at least 3 times a week. And maybe I’ll do more days from there.

I’m staying with a host family, and they don’t end up eating dinner until 8pm. Which bugs the hell out of me, because I’m used to eating at 6pm and I’ll stop eating after 7pm, which helps me lose weight. I’ve contemplated just telling the mom that it’s too late for me and making my own dinner around 6pm, but I feel like that’d be kind of rude.

So instead, at least every Friday, I’ll plan on making myself dinner at 6pm (probably some eggs), and then go out with friends around 8pm. Maybe I’ll start doing it more often, just as long as I’m not going out to drink. Yeesh.

Do you guys have any suggestions?
